How do I pause Koala Bundles subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time by clicking "Pause" in the apps Settings section. Please click on the button and our support team will assist you accordingly. This way you won't have to uninstall and re-create the offers in case you decide to use Koala Bundles app again in the future.

Please note: If your billing cycle has already started, pausing the subscription will not remove the corresponding charge from your Shopify bill.
