How do I change widget position on the product page?

Every offer you create using Koala Bundles is added automatically to the product page without the need for any manual input. However, there might be situations where the default widget placement isn't ideal and needs to be repositioned (e.g. placing it below the "Add to cart" button).

The simplest way to change the widget placement is to use the app blocks. To change offer placement please follow these steps:

-Open Theme Customisation settings; -Check that you have Default Product open;

-Hover space to your desired field. ---+---- action button should appear, click on it;

-Click Apps in popup; For Announcement bar please select announcement bar; For Bundle offers please select Bundle; For Quantity Breaks, Quantity discounts, Volume discounts select Koala Deals; For Related products select Related Products;

Once the app block is added, you may drag & drop it to your desired position.

This method explains how to integrate the Koala Bundle app with GemPages using an App Block.

From GemPages Page editor, go to Shopify Apps and search for the Koala Bundle app block.

Next, drag & drop the app block onto the section where you would like your widget to appear.

Click Publish and view the live page. The offer should now appear :)

|| Note: It's possible to display a Koala offer on both Product & Home pages, by following the same steps as above for each template.

Integration via Code Snippet

Step 1: Please navigate to the "Deal not visible?" button in the upper right corner of the offer's settings.

From PageFly Page editor, go to Third-party elements and add an App block.

Publish the page and click Go to theme editor.

From the Shopify editor, go to the PageFly section and click Add block.

Click Apps in the pop up and add the correct app block from the dropdown. In this example, the Koala Deals app block is added to display the volume discount offer.

When to display

This setting allows you to choose which products will be eligible for the quantity discount. You can apply the offer based on collections, product tags, specific products, or broader options like all products. The offer block will appear on all product pages of the products selected in this section.

You can also add a strikethrough to the block title, by selecting the option highlighted below.

### In this article you'll find out how to display the Upsell Koala deal block on the Home page of your store.

Theme customization settings

Firstly, go to your Sales channels in Shopify:

Click Online Store,
Themes,
Customize.

Next, from your theme editor:

Select your Home page template,
Add the Featured product section (if you haven't already),
Hover between two blocks. A blue "+" icon should appear or click "Add block" on the very bottom of the section,
Click Apps in the popup,
Choose a Koala app block,
Click save.

Which Koala block should I add?

If you would like to add:

An announcement bar, click Koala Announcement Bar;
A bundle offer, click Koala Bundle;
A Quantity Break, Quantity Discount or Volume Discount Bundle offer, select Koala Deals;
A Related Products offer, select Koala Related Products.

| Optional: Once the correct app block is added, you can adjust the offer's position by simply dragging and dropping it within the section to your preference.

How do I pause Koala Bundles subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can pause your subscription at any time by clicking "Pause" in the apps Settings section. Please click on the button and our support team will assist you accordingly. This way you won't have to uninstall and re-create the offers in case you decide to use Koala Bundles app again in the future. Pause subscription button

Please note: If your billing cycle has already started, pausing the subscription will not remove the corresponding charge from your Shopify bill.
