  • Choose Quantity Breaks & Free Gift

  1. Select offer template

  • Choose your offer template and Color theme (you may also customize it later)

Offers block

  • When to display

This setting allows you to choose which products will be eligible for the quantity discount. You can apply the offer based on collections, product tags, specific products, or broader options like all products. The offer block will appear on all product pages of the products selected in this section.

  • Block title

In this section, you may change the Block's title to your preference.

You can also add a strikethrough to the block title, by selecting the option highlighted below.

  • Tiers

This section allows you to customize how your deal offer functions on the backend - specifically the discount amount and the quantity range it applies to. You can also control how the offer appears to customers by adjusting text, elements, and colors. Customizable elements include:

Title – Serves as the discount name and appears in the cart and at checkout.

Quantity – The range of units the discount applies to.

Discount – Choose from three types:

  1. Percentage: Applies a percentage discount based on quantity.

Example: 20% off when buying 3.

  1. Fixed Amount: Subtracts a set value from each unit.

Example: $10 off per unit, reducing a $100 product to $90 each.

  1. Final Tier Price: Sets a fixed price per unit when a certain quantity is reached.

Example: Buy 3 for $70 each, regardless of original price.

Subtitle – Customize your offer by adding a subtitle, beneath the tier's title.

Selected by default – When enabled, this tier will be automatically highlighted when a customer first visits the product page.

Options – Customize your offer by adding or modifying label types, badge styles, and label text to better match your branding and highlight key deal details.

Add gift with tier – Enable this setting to include a free gift with the selected tier. When a customer selects this tier, both the specified product quantity and the gift item will be automatically added to cart.

Example: Buy 3 for $50 and receive a free $5 Gift Card.

  1. Click 'Browse' or search for the gift you want to offer with the discount tier.
  2. Select gift product & its quantity.

To add multiple gift products to a tier, click Browse and select as many items as you’d like. 🚀

Additionally, you may also change the gift text which appears in the deal to customize it and match your store's design.

Add image – This setting allows to add an image to the deal's discount tier.

You can change the size and corner radius of the image to customize it to your preference.

Colors – With this setting, you may change the variant number's and its background color. It's also possible to hide these options too, by setting the opacity of these settings to 0.

Product page preview

You can view any changes you make to the offer in real time directly from the Product page preview, without needing to exit the offer settings and checking from the product page. However, it's still best to double check and confirm that the offer is working correctly on the storefront.

General settings

Name – Lets you name the offer to easily navigate between offers. Only you can see it.

Status – Set your offer's status:

  1. Active – Enables the offer and applies any quantity discounts. The deal will be visible and available in your store.
  2. Draft – Keeps the offer inactive. Quantity discounts won't be applied, and the deal will not appear in your store.

Pricing – Choose how to display the original and discounted prices in the deal block. Show prices either per item, total or both per item & total price to show how much the customer can save when purchasing in larger quantities.

  1. Let customers choose different variants for each item – Displays a variant selector inside the deal's tiers.

Note: The variant selector won't display inside the deal's tiers if the product doesn't have variants in Shopify set up.

Note: The variant selector setting will be grayed out when the Horizontal layout is selected for the block. This is intentional and done for layout compatibility.

  1. Show quantity selector – Displays a quantity selector above the deal block. Additionally, you may also change the quantity selector's label text.

  1. Apply discount if selected quantity exceeds tier quantity

When enabled, this setting applies the discount from the nearest lower tier if no exact tier matches the selected quantity.

Example: If a tier offers 20% off when buying 3 units, and a customer adds 6 units to the cart (with no specific discount tier for 6), they will still receive the 20% discount.

Important Note: For the last tier of your offer, it's recommended to select either the Fixed Amount or Percentage discount type.If you use the Final Tier Price option along with the setting “Apply discount if customer-selected quantity exceeds tier quantity,” the price will remain fixed at the specified value — regardless of how many units are added to the cart.

Design settings

Customize – Choose a pre-made color theme to personalize your offer effortlessly.

Layout – Customize your offer block by adjusting the corner radius, padding, and choosing between a horizontal or vertical layout.

Colors – Change the colors of each element to your preference.

Typography – Change the offer's text size and weight (boldness).

Advanced settings

  1. Use product compare-at price – When enabled, the original (pre-discount) price set in Shopify will be shown as the “before” price in the block.

  1. Use price rounding – Rounds the price to the decimal point you select from the list of options to choose from.

Note: In the first 'Buy One' tier, the price has not been rounded to what has been set in the Price rounding section, which is .00 as the decimal. This is because the 'Buy One' tier does not have a discount. In order for the price to be rounded in the deal block, the tier must have a discount amount and the 'Use price rounding' setting enabled.

Note: Price rounding will not be applied to that tier if it has the 'Final tier price' discount type selected

  1. Preview out of stock message – Displays an out stock message once an item has been added, which isn't in stock.

Note: Enabling this option in the offer settings will display a preview of how the message will appear in the deal preview section. This setting also allows you to customize the message shown when the product is out of stock.

Combinations – Lets you combine the deal offer with other store discounts.

Note: You must also enable the same Combination settings within the other discount settings that you wish to have combine with the deal.If you're trying to combine a product discount code with this deal, please note that only the highest discount will be applied, as this deal also uses the product discount method: “If an item is eligible for multiple product discounts, only the largest will apply.”

Schedule – Choose if the offer should run continuously or start at a predefined date. You may also set an end date of the deal.

Customer eligibility rules – Have the offer available to all or specific customers within your store.

Countdown Timer – Add a countdown timer to your offer and customize its layout, text, colors, and behavior on the store when the offer is active.

Translation – Change the name of the offer’s content to switch based on the language of your store.

Note: The Translations section will not appear if your store only has 1 published language. The languages displayed in the Translations section are those not set as your store’s default language. For example, French from the screenshot below will appear as a language to translate the deal block.
